"Among the tax payers of Richland county, are some who possess a large amount of personalty. Robert Houston of Perry township, pays the largest amount of chattel tax of any farmer in the county, his personalty being valued at $28,390. The NEWS gives a list to-day of all those who pay taxes on personalty valued at $3,000 and over." |
